Part of the distinguished Masterpiece collection, this new floorplan gave us the opportunity to create a space that is as inspiring as it is livable.
Upon entering The Beckett, you’re welcomed by a two-story foyer – an introduction to the sense of openness and possibility that defines the entire home. Just beyond, we reimagined a generous flex space into a sophisticated family office, balancing the needs of modern work-from-home life with the warmth of residential design. This space sets the tone: refined, functional, and ready for real life.
The heart of the home unfolds into an open family room that flows seamlessly into a morning room, both anchored by a kitchen that feels anything but standard. A built-in kitchen bar adds both visual interest and practicality – perfect for casual breakfasts or entertaining guests. But what truly sets this kitchen apart is the barrel ceiling overhead. We amplified its architectural beauty by adding subtle wallpaper, transforming the curve into an artful accent that draws the eye and elevates the entire space.
Throughout the home, we selected finishes that speak to timeless design with a fresh perspective. A palette of soft browns and calming blue tones gives each room an approachable elegance, while layered textures and thoughtful details keep the design inviting.
The first floor also features a spacious guest suite with its own en-suite bath – ideal for multi-generational living or hosting older children and guests in comfort and privacy. This suite provides both beauty and functionality, ensuring every visitor feels at home.
Ascending to the second level, the Owner’s Suite is a retreat of its own. With ample natural light, generous proportions, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom, this private haven is both serene and stunning. The bathroom’s modern fixtures, expansive vanity space, and spa-like atmosphere reflect our commitment to crafting rooms that soothe as much as they shine.
Designing The Beckett was an opportunity to highlight how thoughtful interiors can enhance the bones of an already beautiful structure. From ceiling details to color story, this home blends modern charm with enduring comfort.
