The Wilmington model by Fischer Homes is one of my favorites to design. Bringing this model to Panama City, FL was special and had many modern, coastal elements.
The open first floor really allows the style to feel harmonious by adding intentional selections Below are a few of my favorite areas in the home. I hope this gives you inspiration for your next space.

Adding wallpaper to the family room helps break this space up and create interest in the room. The sofa selection has movement with the curve and helps the flow into the sunroom. The sconce lighting is also perfect when needing soft lighting. These are actually corded- it just hides behind this metal pole, so you get a very custom look without needing to hardwire it into the wall. This is a great tip to keep the space feeling clean and airy.

Adding the sconce lighting was also a feature in the Owner’s Suite. Focusing on the key furniture items helps when thinking about decor as well. If you have statement selections- you don’t need to add a bunch of little art. The lighting is like an art piece on the wall. It’s a great tip if you want to keep things minimal yet elevated.

The Second floor is all about this marvelous loft and guest suite. The bold geometric wallpaper adds some whimsy. Again- adding art like selections as seen in the unique floor lamp and accent chairs allows the space to feel clean and full of style.

The Guest Suite is calming filled with coastal touches. The space flows so nicely off the loft and give the guest plenty of space with nightstands and a great closet. The wallpaper on the bed wall adds texture visual interest to the room.

I hope these selections inspire your coastal dreams and give you some ideas for your next space!
