T.O.B Design Firm offers a vast variety of customer residential and commercial design options. To us – designing your new or existing space is about inventing, experimenting, taking risks, breaking rules and of courses having lots of fun! We look forward to creating the perfect design with you.
Residential Design Services
Consult
In person consultations are held to discuss the location and needs. Out of town consultations will be held on minimum contract agreements only.
During this time we walk through your home or office and discuss space planning, style, color palette and budget.
About one hour of time to discuss, $85 consultation fee.
Design
We then utilize our over 40,000 square foot design center filled with furniture, fabrics, and accessories for all your design needs. Our award winning team works with industry leading vendors for flooring, wallpaper installation, tile installers, carpenter’s and construction crews that are capable for any size job.
Provide around three to four looks per space
Once we have completed your designs, you will receive a formal presentation of these concepts and ideas.
Completion
Choose to purchase anything from the designer’s picks. No requirement to purchase. ( Additional hourly rates may apply )
We then coordinate all your selections and offer white glove installation upon due date.
