We’re thrilled to announce our first collaboration with Fischer Homes in Florida, bringing two stunning model homes to life in Inlet Beach! This project was extra special because we designed a Paired Villa Collection, featuring two distinct homes side by side—the Lucas Floorplan and the Anfield Floorplan.
Knowing that buyers would be touring both homes in a single visit, we set out to create two unique experiences, each showcasing its own style, versatility, and livability.
Designing for Coastal Living
Our team took inspiration from coastal living, blending current trends with classic styles to craft spaces that feel inviting, fresh, and timeless. We wanted potential homeowners to walk through the doors and immediately picture themselves in the space, whether they were looking for a permanent residence or a vacation retreat.
From thoughtful color palettes to carefully selected furnishings and decor, every detail was chosen to highlight the beauty of beachside living while maintaining a sense of individuality between the two homes.
